If Approved to Exchange Policy

At Suzette Kelly Designs, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. We want all our customers to be delighted with their purchases, which is why we have implemented an exchange only policy that ensures your satisfaction. Please find below our exchange policy guidelines:

 

1. Eligibility:
  • Our exchange policy is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery and only 1 exchange per item.
  • To be eligible for an exchange the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Approval Process:

  • Prior to initiating an exchange, customers must contact our company to request approval for the exchange.
  • To obtain approval, please provide us with the necessary information regarding your purchase, such as the order number and reason for exchange.
  • Upon review of your request, we will issue an approval code which must be included with the item to be exchanged.

3. Exchange Instructions:

  • Once you have received the approval code, carefully package the item to ensure it is protected during transit.
  • Include the approval code along with the product and its original packaging.
  • Cost of exchange shipping will be buyers responsibility unless there is issue with workmanship.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the exchange item in its original condition, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the exhibit is approved, we will initiate the exchange of equal value.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not comply with the stated guidelines or if the exchange request is made after the 7-day period.
